Who is a Part of Your Pod Squad?
I’m so glad you asked! Your Vici Pod Squad is made up of your Account Director & Trainer, Partner Growth Manager, Partner Success Coordinator, dedicated Digital Buyer, and our Director of SEO. Although each of these members play a specific role in assisting with your digital marketing, they work together as a team to cover all of the bases. A few of these positions are brand new and were created by Vici to invest in our partner’s successes. What Do These Roles Look Like?
Account Director & Trainer: Your Account Director & Trainer will be your main point of contact, available to help you with all things Vici or pass along updates/questions as they arise. They will provide an overview of all digital products that Vici has to offer, assist with sales calls as needed, provide client digital seminars, and manage your client’s campaigns throughout the partnership. They are truly digital-gurus, and are eager to assist! If you’re interested in scheduling an in-person visit with your Account Director, please let us know.
Partner Growth Manager: The Partner Growth Manager is a new role, working with all new partners and a handful of existing partners. Your Parter Growth Manager, Grace Page, is here to support your growth with Vici from the moment you onboard, ensuring you feel comfortable with the ins-and-outs of your Vici partnership and know what to expect as we dive into digital marketing. In addition to onboarding, Grace will work with you for the first 12 months to set achievable milestones and set up a meeting cadence for reporting, brainstorming, and celebrating those milestones (because we have no doubt you’ll reach them)!
Partner Success Coordinator: The Partner Success Coordinator is a new role, as well, here to ensure you have access to all resources Vici has to offer! Your Partner Success Coordinator, Anna Tillman, will walk you through our adtini platform, Reporting Zone, and the limitless collateral available at your fingertips, along with how to input proposal requests, research requests, spec ad requests, and customer insight requests. She will continue to work on your campaigns, pushing these requests through as they arise.
Digital Buyer: Have you wondered who is working behind the scenes to execute these in-depth campaigns? Wonder no more, it’s your dedicated Digital Buyer! Vici has an incredible team of digital buyers working to ensure your ads are placed, scheduled, and served to your target audience. You could even say they’re making a list… and checking it way more than twice! You can rest easy knowing they’re monitoring each and every one of your client’s campaigns.
Director of SEO: Vici’s Director of SEO, Steve Weir, is our go-to for all things SEO! His role is to execute all Search Engine Optimization campaigns, ensure their success, and answer any and all SEO-related questions. Are you interested in launching an SEO campaign? What Steps is the Squad Taking to Help Me Succeed in Digital?
Vici believes investing in their team is the best way to invest in their partners, which is why these new roles have been introduced. In addition to your Account Director & Trainer, Partner Success Coordinator, Digital Buyer, and Director of SEO, your Partner Growth Manager will work with both new partners and existing partners to build customized roadmaps, based on your vision and specific goals, to set everyone involved up for success. From there, she and your Account Director will help track and execute this progress, while collaborating with you on additional ways to achieve these goals during Success Alignment Meetings (SAM Calls). These roadmaps range from 3 months to 12 months, but the prerogative is all the same – to help our partners grow!
