Summary of Role

Vici Media is seeking a highly technical, analytical, and AI-forward Marketing & Revenue Operations Manager to power our outbound engine and internal operations. This hybrid role spans Salesforce administration, outbound automation, analytics, AI workflow creation, sales enablement, and ongoing management of our internal Sales Confluence Center.

‍You will ensure our outreach systems, data flows, collateral, and internal knowledge center all operate as one cohesive, efficient machine. You will also serve as a direct partner to the VP of Partner Success, helping convert ideas into automation, documentation, dashboards, and scalable processes.

This is a high-impact builder role for someone who loves technology, systems, AI, and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

• Salesforce & CRM Operations:
  
  • Own Salesforce workflows, automations, routing, dashboards, and data structure
  • Build scalable reporting and attribution logic for all outbound and inbound channels
  • Maintain data cleanliness and enforce consistent CRM hygiene
  • Improve lead flow speed, accuracy, and consistency
• Marketing & Outbound Automation:
  
  • Manage outbound systems (LinkedIn AI, cold email, website funnels, paid traffic flows)
  • Optimize lead capture: UTMs, tracking, forms, chat, automations
  • Architect new outbound workflows using AI, triggers, integrations, and enrichment tools
  • Improve campaign performance through data-driven experimentation
• Sales Enablement & Confluence Management:
  
  • Own and maintain Vici's internal Sales Confluence Center
  • Ensure all sales materials, pitch decks, one-sheets, partner resources, and internal documentation remain updated, accurate, and version-controlled
  • Organize materials into a clear, searchable system for the sales team
  • Build and maintain playbooks, process guides, checklists, and training resources
  • Partner with leadership to identify needs and create new assets or frameworks
  • Document new systems, workflows, and processes thoroughly

• AI, Tools & Platform Management:
  
  • Lead AI optimization across outbound, reporting, documentation, and internal workflows
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to streamline processes and increase outbound velocity
  • Create templates, workflows, and AI-enabled automations that increase efficiency

• Analytics & Performance Insights:
  
  • Monitor and report on performance across paid, outbound, social, email, and website
  • Build dashboards that provide visibility for leadership and sales teams
  • Identify KPIs, trend lines, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

• Cross-Functional Support for Leadership:
  
  • Serve as operational "co-pilot" to the VP of Partner Success
  • Build roadmap-based initiatives for outbound improvements and RevOps
  • Support special projects, internal enablement, and reporting requests
  • Prepare materials, insights, and automations that accelerate sales velocity

• Technical Capabilities:
  
  • Salesforce experience required (admin-level or close)
  • Experience with automation platforms, CRM workflows, APIs, and integrations
  • Strong understanding of outbound automation and multi-channel marketing
  • Familiarity with managing and maintaining documentation systems like Confluence
