Our Partner Success team is at the heart of these efforts, building strong relationships, delivering education, and ensuring long-term success for every partner. 

We are seeking a Partner Growth Manager to join our Partner Success team. This person will play a key role in onboarding, nurturing, and scaling partner relationships, working closely with Partner Success Directors and reporting directly to the Lead Partner Success Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for all new partners, ensuring they are set up for success with Vici's tools, products, and resources.
  • Monthly Partner Interviews (SAMS): Conduct monthly interviews with key accounts to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and align on growth strategies. Success Alignment Meetings (SAM) with our partners — personalized strategy sessions designed to focus on your growth and long-term success. Each SAM is a dedicated time to:
    • Review performance across campaigns, highlighting wins and opportunities.
    • Discuss training and new product rollouts to ensure your team feels confident selling and executing.
    • Align on business goals and explore how our digital solutions can support your growth trajectory.
    • Collaborate strategically on what's next, so you stay ahead of your competition.
    • Our SAMs aren't just about reporting numbers — they're about partner enablement, knowledge sharing, and setting a roadmap for continued success.
  • Growth Roadmapping: Develop and maintain 2-year strategic roadmaps with partners to increase their success, deepen engagement, and drive account spend growth.
  • Product Education: Host monthly digital product webinars (2-hours each) to educate partners on new offerings, campaign strategies, and best practices.
  • Key Account Engagement: Attend product update meetings and proactively share new solutions with key accounts to help them stay competitive in the marketplace.
  • Reporting & Insights: Pull reports, analyze data, and respond to rush RFP requests for key accounts to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside Partner Success Directors to ensure seamless account coverage, consistent communication, and high levels of partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, partner management, or account growth roles (digital marketing or advertising industry strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising products and performance metrics (PPC, programmatic, video, social, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable leading partner-facing webinars and meetings.
  • Proven ability to analyze reports, identify trends, and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partners, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Digital Sales Director

Summary of Role

Vici Media is hiring a Digital Sales Director to grow partnerships with small to mid-sized ad agencies. This hunter-style role focuses on generating new leads, managing a full sales cycle, and driving revenue from untapped markets. You'll use tools like Salesforce and Seamless.AI to manage prospects and performance, while developing tailored digital ad strategies to expand Vici's agency footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Pursue new business with SMB ad agencies using a mix of provided and self-sourced leads via tools like Seamless.AI and Salesforce.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process—from outreach to close—building and maintaining a strong pipeline.
  • Client Relationships: Build trust with agency partners by understanding their needs and offering tailored digital advertising solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a strategic advisor, delivering customized, goal-driven campaigns.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets while expanding Vici’s market presence.
  • CRM & Tools: Use Salesforce to track activity, forecast revenue, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Training & Support: Educate agency partners on Vici’s services via webinars, presentations, and campaign support.
  • Reporting: Analyze and report on pipeline activity and performance to leadership.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years in a hunter-style sales role, focused on prospecting and closing in digital marketing or advertising
  • Experience selling to small and mid-sized ad agencies, with a strong grasp of their needs
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Seamless.AI, and related tools
  • Skilled in consultative selling and tailoring digital ad solutions
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
