The Parade of Homes is an annual must-see event for homebuilders, realtors, and homeowners alike. It offers the general public a chance to walk through beautifully showcased homes, gathering ideas for their own new or existing properties. For the event organizers, driving traffic to these homes is critical—and for that, they turned to Vici Media

Crafting a Multi-Channel Digital Strategy

To ensure strong attendance and engagement, we implemented a comprehensive digital campaign using a variety of tools. Our strategy included Social Media (Facebook) with Event Response ads and News Feed ads, as well as Social Mirror ads, Mobile Conquesting, and Video Pre-Roll. These combined efforts targeted a wide audience and ensured that people who aren't active on social media could still see advertisements for the Parade of Homes

Social Mirror and Mobile Conquesting ads allowed us to broaden our reach, while Video Pre-Roll ads offered real estate agents the perfect platform to showcase each home in greater detail. These video ads told the full story behind the properties, while mobile ads created a sense of urgency, prompting viewers to click and explore the Parade of Homes map online

Impressive Results in Just One Month

In less than a month, the campaign produced outstanding results. We drove 4,188 clicks to the event website, achieving a click-through rate (CTR) of 0.88%—over 12 times the national average. Additionally, the Facebook Event ads generated 423 responses, and 66 view-through conversions were recorded, where users revisited the website to explore the parade map or take virtual tours of the homes after seeing the ads
