Across the campaign’s four-month span, over 600,000 ads were served, yielding over 6,000 clicks. This brought the lifetime Click-Through Rate (CTR) to an impressive 1.03%, which is 14.72 times the national average.
In addition to click performance, conversion tracking revealed that nearly 2,500 users engaged further, completing actions that indicated genuine interest and high relevance to the job openings. The result was a noticeable uptick in qualified applications, ultimately helping the client reach their recruitment target.
