Recruiting skilled employees is no small feat, especially for a family-owned metals company looking to expand their workforce by over 30 employees in just one quarter. With a need for candidates experienced in manufacturing and metals, and a desire to maintain their company’s close-knit culture, they turned to a data-driven digital strategy to meet their hiring goals.

The Digital Strategy That Delivered Results

To achieve their ambitious recruitment goals, the company partnered with Vici Media to design and execute a Social Mirror campaign tailored for success:

  • Engaging Creative with a Call to Action:A mirrored Facebook post featuring an “Apply Now” call-to-action was the centerpiece of the campaign. To keep the content fresh and engaging, the post and creative elements were updated three times over the four-month campaign.
  • Precise Targeting Techniques:
    • Artificial Intelligence: Leveraged to identify potential candidates with relevant qualifications and interests.
    • Keyword Targeting: Ads were shown to users visiting websites and apps related to the manufacturing and metals industries.
    • Behavioral Targeting: Focused on Recruitment Behavioral Categories, such as "Manufacturing Industry/Metals and Metal Products" and "Job Seekers."
    • Website Retargeting: Re-engaged individuals who had visited the company’s website but had not yet applied.
  • Multi-Device Reach:The campaign served ads seamlessly across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, with mobile delivering the highest impressions and engagement rates.

Record-Breaking Results

The campaign achieved remarkable outcomes:

  • Over 600,000 ads served during the four-month campaign.
  • More than 6,000 clicks, resulting in a lifetime click-through rate of 1.03%—a staggering 14.72 times the national average.
  • Nearly 2,500 click conversions tracked during the campaign.
  • A noticeable increase in high-quality applications, with the client successfully filling their open positions.

This digital approach not only met the company’s recruitment goals but also set the stage for future campaigns. Impressed by the success, the client plans to continue using innovative online marketing for their recruitment needs. If your business needs a high-impact, cost-effective marketing strategy, contact Vici Media today to learn more about our white-label digital solutions. For more information, email support@vicimediainc.com.
