The goal of this multi-pronged approach was simple but effective: bring in-market consumers back to the website and encourage them to schedule an appointment or connect with an agent

  • 1,015 Website Visits and a .13% Click-Through Rate: Our ads delivered high-quality traffic, directing interested prospects back to the client’s website and listings.
  • New User Engagement: Around 70% of visitors were new users, a strong indicator of our strategy’s reach in capturing a fresh audience actively searching for homes.
  • 126 Direct Conversions: Thanks to our campaign, at least 126 individuals either scheduled a showing, created a portfolio account, or directly contacted an agent—tangible leads that our client could nurture and convert into sales.
