One such apparel store, the official university retailer in its city, wanted to take advantage of this loyalty by driving more foot traffic to their store and increasing online conversions. Our campaign utilized Cross Platform Targeting to get the store’s message in front of potential customers, no matter where they were browsing. Combining Mobile Conquesting with Social Media (specifically Facebook), we designed ads that first appeared on users' mobile devices and later followed up with similar messaging when they logged onto Facebook on any device

The campaign was geo-targeted within the university’s city and began with an enticing offer: a free gift with any purchase. During the Black Friday through Cyber Monday weekend, the creative shifted to promote a limited-time discount, tapping into shoppers' holiday buying habits and sense of urgency

Results: Conversions Soared with Vici Media’s Approach

The results speak volumes

  • Over 1,300 click conversions and 8,300 view-through conversions
  • More than 1,000 clicks to the cart page view alone, with 5,500 view-through conversions leading to the cart page
  • An impressive 0.86% click-through rate (CTR)—over 12 times the national average!

This strategy not only boosted online engagement but also encouraged users to transition to larger devices after initial exposure on mobile, enhancing the likelihood of a completed purchase. The store saw a remarkable rise in conversions, proving that the right ad placements and well-timed creative changes make all the difference
