Over the course of three months, the campaign delivered impressive results

  • Impressions: A total of 678,000 ads were served across Facebook, Instagram, and Native B2B targeting platforms.
  • Engagement:
    • The Facebook and Instagram campaign achieved an engagement rate of 0.54%.
    • The Native B2B targeting component reached 278,000 impressions with an engagement rate of 0.29%.
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR): The combined CTR for all campaign channels was 0.44%, a solid performance for a recruitment-focused digital campaign.
  • Publisher Ad Placements: Ads were featured on major websites, including MSN, CNN, Ratemyjob.com, The Guardian, Wayfair, NBC, NYTimes.com, and USA Today, ensuring high visibility among the target audience.

Goal Achieved: Filling 24 Key Positions

The campaign’s ultimate goal was to fill 24 open positions, and that goal was successfully met. The client was thrilled with the results and praised the strategic approach that led to the recruitment of high-caliber professionals
