This innovative tool allowed us to upload a list of email addresses from past service customers, which were then matched to current Facebook users. As a result, these targeted individuals saw tailored ads in their News Feeds, along with ads served through IP matching that reached their households.

To broaden our reach, we also targeted individuals actively in the market for a new vehicle, particularly those interested in the dealership's brand and living within a 30-mile radius. To capitalize on the holiday shopping season, we promoted a compelling incentive: a free gas card for anyone who took a test drive. The ads highlighted various car models and showcased attractive financing deals, making the offer even more enticing.

Impressive Results

The results of the campaign were remarkable. The dealership experienced a significant uptick in website visitors, phone inquiries, test drives, and overall sales. For Facebook, the campaign achieved a click-through rate (CTR) of 0.36%, which is over five times the national average. Meanwhile, the IP Targeting campaign yielded a CTR of 0.09%, about 1.5 times the national average. Overall, the entire campaign finished with a CTR of 0.28%, four times higher than the national average.

In total, the campaign generated 61 leads, while the IP campaign resulted in 15 sold cars, translating to an impressive 180% ROI!
