When a local community college wanted to increase awareness and enrollment for their programs, they knew a tailored digital campaign was essential. The Strategy: A Multi-Product Approach

To effectively promote upcoming enrollment periods, Vici Media designed a phased digital strategy to match the college’s academic calendar

  • Winter Semester:The campaign began with Mobile Conquesting, using behavioral targeting, geo-fencing, and geo-retargeting to reach local students and their families. This was paired with an Amazon campaign, leveraging behavioral and product targeting alongside retargeting.

    • Facebook and Instagram Ads, utilizing category targeting and retargeting
  • Summer Semester:To maintain momentum, the summer campaign continued with Mobile Conquesting, Cross Platform Targeting, and Facebook and Instagram Ads to highlight available courses.

Adjustments that Delivered Results

The campaign initially focused on Mobile Conquesting and Amazon, but within two months, the strategy was adjusted based on performance insights. By introducing Social Mirror and Facebook and Instagram ads alongside Cross Platform Targeting, the college saw a remarkable boost in engagement and enrollment

Bright, visually engaging ads featuring students and faculty proved particularly effective, driving stronger connections with the target audience

Outstanding Results

The results of this phased, multi-product approach were impressive

  • Winter Enrollment: January 2023 saw 4x higher enrollment compared to January 2022.
  • Summer Enrollment: As of now, enrollment is on track to increase by 1-2% compared to the previous year, maintaining steady growth.
