Digital Strategy

To promote a high-value service and draw in new patients, we helped the dental practice create an enticing offer: $100 off a Zoom Whitening Cleaning. This limited-time offer was designed to attract attention and encourage prospective patients to engage by providing their contact information. We launched the campaign using Facebook Lead Ads in combination with a traditional Facebook News Feed campaign, maximizing reach while creating an easy, efficient lead funnel for the practice

Targeting was key. We focused on a demographic that included parents with children aged 3-17 and individuals interested in dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontics—all within a 25-mile radius of the office. This allowed the campaign to reach those most likely to engage with and benefit from the dental practice’s offerings

The combined Facebook News Feed and Lead Ads campaigns were a success. Here’s a breakdown of the key results

  • 84,858 impressions were served, capturing substantial attention in the local community.
  • The Lead Ads campaign produced a solid 1.08% Click-Through Rate (CTR) with 268 clicks, exceeding industry standards and creating strong engagement.
  • 10 new lead submissions were generated within just 30 days, setting the stage for increased patient appointments.
  • The campaign also sparked 366 post engagements and 22 reactions on Facebook, further enhancing visibility and reach.
  • Website traffic also received a boost, with 30 visits to the homepage, 3 visits to the new patient page, and 1 visit to the orthodontics page.

This success underscores how a well-executed digital strategy, paired with a targeted offer, can effectively grow a dental practice’s patient base and build awareness for specialized services
