A local credit union with seven locations recognized a growing challenge: their existing membership was aging, and they needed a fresh approach to attract a younger demographic. The campaign included

  1. Amazon Video and OTT Placements: We leveraged Amazon’s targeting data to serve video ads to users across Amazon-owned properties and partner sites, ensuring we reached the right audience.
  2. Online Audio: With online audio ads, we were able to reach consumers who were listening to music, podcasts, and other audio content, reinforcing the credit union's message.
  3. Social Mirror OTT Ads: By utilizing social mirror ads, we expanded reach across social media platforms, creating brand awareness among a younger audience.
  4. TikTok: With TikTok’s growing popularity among younger users, the campaign incorporated video content on this platform to build awareness and engage potential new members.

Results: Significant Engagement, Website Traffic, and Account Growth

The campaign ran from April 1st to August 31st, delivering outstanding results

  • 1,036,279 Impressions: Over one million video, OTT, and online audio ads were served to the targeted audience, ensuring broad visibility across platforms.
  • Strong Click-Through Rates (CTR): The Amazon Video and TikTok campaigns saw impressive CTRs ranging from 1.72% to 2.26%, indicating strong interest and engagement with the credit union’s message.
  • Verified On-Site Visits: We tracked onsite visits from those who interacted with the ads, with over 2,000 visitsverified across the credit union’s seven locations.
  • Increased Website Traffic and Account Growth: The client reported that their website traffic tripled since the start of the campaign, accompanied by a significant increase in new accounts and loan applications.
