In the ever-evolving landscape of healthcare, effective communication is crucial, especially during a public health crisis. A franchise of urgent care clinics aimed to raise awareness among past and potential patients about their services, including COVID-19 testing and traditional wellness visits, all conveniently located for community access. Partnering with Vici Media, they sought a strategic digital campaign to reconnect with families and promote their offerings

Strategy

To effectively target the right audience, we developed a Mobile Conquesting campaign that focused on geographic areas surrounding the franchise locations. Our aim was to reach individuals interested in health-related services, specifically targeting moms with young children, moms of kids involved in sports, and individuals seeking to stay current with vaccinations and wellness checks

Using behavioral categories, we ensured that the ads reached the most relevant demographics. Additionally, we implemented visit tracking metrics to monitor the impact of the campaign: tracking devices that were served ads and subsequently visited one of the clinic locations. This would allow us to measure the campaign's effectiveness in driving physical visits to the clinics

The results of the campaign were impressive

  • A total of 435,516 impressions were served, generating 1,347 clicks, resulting in a 0.31% click-through rate (CTR)—4.42 times higher than the national average.
  • The true indicator of success lay in the visit tracking data, which revealed 233 verified visits to the clinics, with an estimated total of 932 visits attributed to the campaign.
  • The client reported an immediate increase in visits as soon as the campaign launched, and they continue to see sustained traffic.

Recognizing the positive impact of the campaign, the urgent care franchise has renewed the initiative, with an even stronger emphasis on promoting vaccine administration. A year ago, the clinics faced significant challenges, but thanks to this targeted digital strategy, they are now celebrating their best year ever
