For nearly six decades, our client—a local family-owned jewelry store specializing in engagement rings—has built a reputation rooted in trust and lasting relationships. This jeweler is known not just for their exquisite products, but for a commitment to their customers that extends well beyond the sale. When they approached us to help them grow their brand awareness, we developed a digital strategy tailored to showcase their values and attract new customersThe Strategy: Elevating Brand Presence with OTT and Social Mirror AdsWe aimed to position this jeweler in front of potential customers who were actively searching for or considering purchasing fine jewelry. To accomplish this, we executed a Branding and Awareness Campaign that utilized Over-the-Top (OTT) advertising and Social Mirror ads, building a multi-channel presence across Connected TV (CTV) and thousands of websites. This approach enabled us to reach viewers on all screens—whether on mobile, desktop, tablet, or CTV

Behavioral Targeting to Reach the Ideal Audience

To ensure the ads were seen by an audience likely to be interested in the jeweler’s offerings, we employed Behavioral Targeting to reach users fitting key categories. We specifically targeted individuals who had shown interest in high-end jewelry and engagement rings, such as those labeled as “Intend to Buy Diamond Jewelry,” “Jewelry Buyers,” and “Engagement Ring Shoppers.By refining our targeting strategy, we focused on individuals who not only had the intent to purchase fine jewelry but were likely in the market for high-quality, personalized pieces

A Unique Interactive Experience with QR Code Integration

To bridge the gap between digital interaction and physical presence, we integrated a QR Code provided by the jeweler directly into the OTT ad. This allowed viewers to use their smartphones to scan the code, taking them directly to the jeweler’s website, where they could explore products and learn more about the business. This seamless connection from TV ad to website interaction offered viewers a simple way to engage further with the brand

Results: High Completion Rates and Exceptional QR Code Engagement

The campaign delivered impressive results. All 27,055 full-screen ads ran on Connected TV—one of the most coveted advertising platforms—achieving a 97% completion rate. This means nearly all viewers watched the ads in full, increasing the likelihood of brand recallIn addition to these high completion rates, the jeweler’s QR Code interaction surpassed industry averages. Typically, QR codes integrated into ads generate between 1-10 scans per month.
