In a competitive educational landscape, community colleges face the unique challenge of reaching diverse audiences. A small, rural community college across three counties aimed to increase enrollment for the upcoming Fall semester. They wanted to connect with high school students, college-aged individuals, unemployed workers, and adults looking to further their education. A Multi-Channel Strategy to Engage Potential Students

To effectively engage their target audience, we designed a multi-product digital campaign that included Native ads, Social Mirror™, and Online Audio ads. This comprehensive strategy ensured that the college could reach potential students across various platforms and touchpoints

For the Native ads, we implemented a variety of strategies, including Behavioral Targeting, Artificial Intelligence, Retargeting, and Keyword Targeting. These tactics allowed us to engage users based on their online behavior and interests, ensuring that our messaging resonated with those actively seeking educational opportunities

The Social Mirror™ component was particularly impactful, as we mirrored content from Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. By utilizing Behavioral Targeting, Keyword Targeting, and Retargeting, we connected with potential students who were already engaged on social media platforms, increasing the likelihood of conversion

For the Online Audio ads, we employed a mix of Behavioral Targeting and Artificial Intelligence to reach audiences listening to streaming content. This approach allowed us to capture the attention of individuals during moments when they might be considering their educational options

Outstanding Results: A Campaign That Grew Beyond Expectations

What began as a three-month campaign quickly evolved into an eight-month initiative due to its success. Over the course of the campaign, the college saw impressive results, with over 5,000 click conversions and 4,720 view-through conversions. The click-through rate (CTR) reached 0.84%, which is an astounding 12 times above the national average

Buoyed by the success of the enrollment campaign, the college decided to launch an additional campaign focusing on promoting their residence halls, recognizing the importance of creating a well-rounded college experience for students
