For over 60 years, a one-location credit union with $11 million under management has served its community with trust and reliability. But like many financial institutions today, it sought to expand its reach, especially with millennials, to drive more loan applications and revenue. Strategy: Reaching Millennials with Targeted Ads and Consistent Campaign Management

To connect with the millennial audience, we launched Facebook News Feed carousel ads targeting adults aged 18–33, college students, likely investors, and potential bank customers within the credit union’s geographic area. These ads guided users directly to the credit union’s website, with retargeting in place to re-engage visitors

Our team provided comprehensive campaign management, including weekly and monthly overviews, and offered strategic recommendations to keep the campaign on track. The consistent feedback and reporting not only gave the client the transparency they hadn’t received previously but also proved invaluable in refining the campaign for optimal performance

Results: A 700% Increase in Loan Value and Higher Engagement Rates

The results from this three-month campaign (March-May) were outstanding. With over 198,000 impressions and 649 clicks, the ads achieved a click-through rate of 0.33%, nearly five times the national average. Comparing year-over-year, the credit union saw 21 additional loans made during the campaign period, and the total value of these loans was up by an impressive 700%. Additionally, the income generated from loans was seven times greater than the previous year’s, confirming the impact of Vici’s digital strategy

The success of this campaign has inspired the client to extend the partnership for a three-month fall campaign, eager to build on these results with confidence in the reporting and ROI transparency provided by Vici Media
