When a home furnishings chain with two locations wanted to build on their successful digital advertising campaign, they turned to Vici Media for advanced targeting and tracking. Strategic Digital Expansion with OTT and Visit Tracking

With video content at the core of their messaging, adding Over-the-Top (OTT) advertising with Visit Tracking was a natural next step. OTT allowed us to deliver ads directly to potential customers on connected TVs, while Visit Tracking enabled the client to monitor foot traffic to their stores following ad exposure—a powerful way to connect digital engagement with real-world results

For targeted audience reach, we utilized behavioral targeting categories like "In-Market for Home Furniture," "Mattress," "Recently Moved," and "Home Remodeling," alongside Artificial Intelligence-driven insights to pinpoint ideal customers. Mobile Conquesting allowed us to serve display and video ads to users on their mobile devices, targeting them through Geo-Fencing and Geo-Retargeting to maximize exposure in relevant areas

Results That Exceeded Expectations

The results from this expanded campaign were outstanding. With OTT and Visit Tracking, the retailer recorded 166 verified store visits across their two locations. Each verified visit meant a consumer saw an ad, had location settings enabled, and visited the store within two weeks of ad exposure. To ensure precision, we used a two-pronged verification approach through Numerator and the Media Rating Council, guaranteeing accuracy in the data

The verified visits not only highlighted the campaign's success but also allowed the retailer to see direct returns from their digital investment. Pleased with the measurable impact, the client renewed the campaign, further boosting their brand visibility and customer engagement
