A local Harley-Davidson dealership had been seeing flat growth for five consecutive quarters, despite strong customer loyalty and an impressive showroom experience. The Strategy: Leveraging Mobile Conquesting for In-Store Visits

Our strategy focused on increasing showroom traffic, as even a slight rise in new visitors each month would positively impact sales. With Mobile Conquesting, we could measure in-store visits, which made it an ideal complement to their existing campaigns. Our media planners identified nearly 300,000 impressions per month within their target audience, dispelling the dealership's concern of market saturation and uncovering significant new growth potential

To drive foot traffic, we highlighted the dealership’s exclusive Warranty Forever program—an offer not available from competing Harley-Davidson dealers. Using Geo-Fencing, we targeted customers near competitor locations with ads showcasing this unique program. We also tailored our targeting to reach sports enthusiasts, NASCAR fans, and veterans to boost engagement and direct potential customers to their showroom

Results: Immediate Impact and Accelerated Growth

Within the first month of launching Mobile Conquesting, the results were undeniable

  • 53 clicks to map for directions, with an agreed-upon estimate that 5% of these would translate to in-store visits
  • 2 view-through conversions on their website
  • 4 estimated showroom visits

With a total click-through rate of 0.36%, five times the national average, the campaign proved that the dealership’s audience was far from saturated. By the end of the first month, sales were up 15%, solely attributed to the addition of Mobile Conquesting
