With over 70 years in the jewelry business, this family-owned store has built its reputation on providing customers with a premium shopping experience. Known for its stunning engagement rings, wedding bands, Swiss watches, and fine jewelry, the store wanted to extend its reach online to showcase its high-end estate jewelry, custom designs, and engagement rings. The Strategy: Combining Social Mirror Ads and Geo-Fencing for Local Reach

To capture the attention of potential customers in their area, we launched an online campaign using Social Mirror Adsthat mirrored some of the store’s most popular Pinterest posts. This allowed us to create visually engaging ads that resonated with jewelry enthusiasts and encouraged them to explore the store’s unique offerings

Behavioral Targeting to Reach Active Jewelry Shoppers

We selected Behavioral Targeting categories to reach adults “in-market” for engagement rings and custom jewelry, ensuring that the campaign targeted individuals likely to make high-value purchases. A 35-mile radius around the store’s location was set to reach customers who could easily visit the store, and our ads highlighted options like scheduling viewings and exploring financing on the client’s website, giving customers an easy way to take the next step

Standing Out Among Competitors with Geo-Fencing

Our team also used Geo-Fencing to target three local competitors, serving ads to potential customers who visited these competing stores. These ads featured the store’s most popular jewelry posts from Pinterest, creating an engaging, high-impact presence that encouraged customers to consider the store’s unique inventory and custom jewelry options

Results: Impressive Click-Through Rates and Enhanced Brand Awareness

The campaign exceeded all expectations, delivering over 150,000 ads and driving 2,596 clicks for an impressive click-through rate of 1.71%—more than 24 times the national average of 0.07%. The client was thrilled with the results, noting the positive impact on both brand awareness and online engagement, which strengthened their position as a go-to jewelry store in the area
