The client provided one ad in English and another in Spanish, allowing us to customize ad sets for each language group. We then layered these groups with an additional focus on those interested in job opportunities, ensuring we connected with individuals actively seeking workTo broaden the appeal, we targeted not only people within the food and agriculture industry but also expanded to individuals with relevant skill sets, including electricians, truck drivers, assembly workers, and mechanics. Results: Record-Breaking Engagement and an All-Time High Orientation Class

The results were impressive. Over the campaign period, the ads delivered 181,818 impressions and received 2,490 clicks, achieving a 1.37% click-through rate—19.56 times the national average! Engagement was equally high, with 3,789 interactions, 17 comments, 47 reactions, and 22 shares.
