A prestigious local college, known for its high academic standards and as one of the nation’s first accredited nursing schools, was looking to increase enrollment in its nursing programs. To achieve this goal, they partnered with Vici Media to design a digital strategy that would reach their target audience effectively
The primary focus of the campaign was to attract high school students aged 16 and older, parents of high school students, and college transfer students interested in nursing. Vici Media implemented a variety of digital products to connect with these audiences, including Social Media, Social Mirror, Online Audio, and Live Chat
We used Keyword Targeting, Behavioral Targeting, Artificial Intelligence, and website Retargeting to ensure the ads reached individuals actively searching for nursing programs and related topics. This multi-faceted approach allowed the college to engage with potential students at different stages of their decision-making process
Within the first three months, the campaign generated over 700,000 impressions and achieved a click-through rate of 1.76%, which is an impressive 25 times the national average. The campaign also boasted an engagement rate of 1.77%. In total, there were 335 click conversions and 91 view-through conversions, and the Live Chat feature facilitated 605 conversations with prospective students and their families
These efforts translated into tangible results for the college. They reported a 15% increase in overall nursing enrollment, while their RN-BSN program, which is entirely online, saw a 59% boost in enrollment. Their MSN program, also 100% online, experienced a 57% increase. Encouraged by these results, the college continues to run the same digital strategies year-round and has recently added Mobile Conquesting to further expand their reach
