When a rising dental practice specializing in pediatric care wanted to expand their brand visibility and attract new patients, they turned to digital advertising to capture the attention of local parents. With a goal to build brand awareness and increase appointment bookings, Vici Media stepped in to design a campaign that could effectively reach the right audience. To help this practice connect with families, our campaign focused on Amazon Video and OTT ads, paired with Amazon’s advanced multi-level targeting. By zeroing in on parents with children at home and behaviors indicating interest in children’s products—such as preschool supplies and dental products—we tailored ad placements to resonate with our target demographic. Additionally, we created a custom audience based on specific search and purchase data, including items like children’s toothbrushes, toothpaste, toys, apparel, books, movies, vitamins, and more. This approach ensured that we were putting the dental practice in front of precisely the type of audience that would benefit from their specialized services

Overcoming Initial Challenges and Optimizing for Success

When the campaign first launched, it was performing below expectations despite a CTR of 0.27%, nearly four times the national average. While the initial engagement was promising, conversions remained low, and the practice wasn’t seeing the increase in appointments they were hoping for. To address this, our digital team assessed the campaign’s performance and recommended targeted adjustments: expanding the geographic reach, adding more creative variations, and optimizing placements for increased engagement

With these changes, the results skyrocketed. Within just a few months, the campaign saw a dramatic shift, driving 83 click conversions and 13 view-throughs, while the CTR jumped to an impressive 0.93%, more than 13 times the national average. These optimizations paid off significantly, leading to more appointments and establishing a strong foundation for ongoing patient growth
